At Aviara London, we are committed to offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items marked as "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return; exchanges or store credit will be offered.

• Provide your order number (with #) and your email address and the item you wish to return.
• Let us know whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit for each item.
• Send the item to the address provided by our team.

 

1. Return Shipping
   You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

   Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
