Aviara Membership – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Aviara Membership! By purchasing your 1st pair of glasses, you are automatically enrolled into the Aviara Membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Membership Benefits
The Aviara Membership provides:
- 17% off all sunglasses site-wide during your membership period.
- Up to 1 claim per pair of glasses purchased from Aviara London for loss and accidental damage, with a £35 replacement fee (or US$45 International) + Shipping, for each approved claim (the percentage is applied to the full-price of the replacement).
Covered damage includes:
- Broken frames.
- Scratched, cracked, or damaged lenses.
- Loss of glasses.
Aviara Membership does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fading).
- Eligibility
- Aviara Care Membership is active when you purchase the glasses.
- Coverage begins on the purchase date and lasts a lifetime for the glasses purchased.
- Filing a Claim
To file a claim, members must send an email to info@aviaralondon.com with the following details:
- Proof of purchase of the original sunglasses.
- Order Number for the glasses being claimed.
Claims are subject to review and approval by Aviara, and Aviara reserves the right to request additional information if necessary.
- Replacement Policy
- Approved claims will receive a Replacement code valid for the purchase of a replacement pair.
- If the original model is unavailable, Aviara will offer replacements from the current collection.
- Limitations
- Members are eligible for up to 1 claims per pair of glasses during the membership period.
- The Aviara Care Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and Glasses Purchased at full or members price .
- Claims for discounts cannot exceed the annual claim limit, and unused claims do not roll over.
- Claims discount cannot be used with promotional discounts.
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free Sunglasses - Only 1 of the pairs will be covered for replacement when lost or damaged. You can choose which to make the claim on.
- Refund Policy
The Aviara Care Membership fee is non-refundable after purchase.
- Membership Modifications
- Aviara reserves the right to modify or terminate the Aviara Care Membership program at any time, provided that existing memberships and benefits will remain honoured for the duration of the active membership period.
