1. Aviara Membership

What is the Aviara Membership?
The Aviara Membership is our exclusive loyalty program designed to give our customers extra benefits such as Member Prices, replacement codes, early access to new collections, and special promotions.

How do I use the Membership Pricing?
At checkout, type the code: AVL in the discount code prompt, and the order value will be implemented. 

How do I join Aviara Care?
You can sign up through purchasing your 1st pair of Aviara Glasses. Once enrolled, you’ll start receiving benefits immediately, including access to member-exclusive Price with Code: AVL and replacement services.

How do I claim lost or damaged glasses?
Simply send us an email on info@aviaralondon.com with a receipt and order number of the glasses you'd like get replaced. We will send you back code to apply at checkout. 

What does it cover?
As an Aviara member, you’ll receive members-pricing on products, up to 4 replacements codes per pair of sunglasses that are lost or accidentally damaged, and exclusive discount for members.

Can cancel my membership?
Membership if complementary, so you can choose not to use the members-pricing code or replacement services.

2. Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection on our website, select your desired sunglasses, choose any relevant options (such as color or lens type), and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders promptly to ensure quick shipment. Once the order is placed, you will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order. An exchange will have to be processed after you have received your order.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you don’t see yours, first check your spam/junk folders. If you still can’t find it, get in touch with our Customer Support team so we can verify your email and resend the confirmation.

3. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new sunglasses! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label (for qualifying regions). Simply package the sunglasses securely and drop them off at the appropriate shipping location. Returns and processing cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we receive your returned item, we typically process refunds or exchanges within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

4. Shipping

Where do you ship from and which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship all orders from our London warehouse. Depending on your location and selected shipping option, we may partner with carriers like Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, or FedEx to ensure a timely and safe delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We proudly ship Aviara London sunglasses worldwide. International shipping rates and transit times vary depending on your region and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs fees or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

How long does shipping take?
For UK orders, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. For international orders, please allow 3–7 business days (delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services). You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Product

Can you fit my prescription lenses?
Yes! Many of our frames can accommodate prescription lenses. Just take them to your local optometrist who can fit your prescription into your new glasses.

Do your glasses offer protection from the sun?
All Aviara London sunglasses offer 100% UVA and UVB protection. 

What are the frames made of?
We use premium bio-acetate for our frames.
